\u201c(Prophets are) those who conveyed Allah\u2019s Message and feared Him, fearing no one except Allah. Allah suffices as a Reckoner\u201d [Qur’an; 33:39]<\/p>\n
\u201cBelievers are those to whom people said, \u201cThe people have gathered against you, so fear them.\u201d But that merely increased their faith and they said, \u201cAllah is enough for us and the Best of Guardians.\u201d So they returned with blessings and bounty from Allah and no evil touched them. They pursued the pleasure of Allah. Allah\u2019s favor is indeed immense.\u201d[Qur’an; 3: 173-174]<\/p>\n
On the authority of Abu Sa\u2019id (may Allah be pleased with him), who said that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: Let not any one of you belittle himself. They said: O Messenger of Allah, how can any one of us belittle himself? He said: He finds a matter concerning Allah about which he should say something, and he does not say [it], so Allah (mighty and sublime be He) says to him on the Day of Resurrection: What prevented you from saying something about such-and-such and such-and-such? He say: [It was] out of fear of people. Then He says: Rather it is I whom you should more properly fear. It was related by Ibn Majah with a sound chain of authorities. [40 Hadith Qudsi<\/a>]<\/p>\n Narrated Anas (may Allah be pleased with him), the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was the best, the bravest and the most generous of all the people.
